- If a member continues to use the Service after the effective date of the modified terms, the member may be deemed to have agreed to such changes. However, for changes that materially affect members, the Company will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 4. Service Content
The Company provides members with the following services:
- Provision of actor Kim Dong Hee's profile, news, and notices
- Access to Kim Dong Hee's official schedule
- Access to and posting on the member-only board
- Links to external services such as Fanicon and official social media
- Other services as determined by the Company
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service as needed for operational reasons. In such cases, the Company will provide prior notice to the extent possible.
Article 5. Membership Registration
- Users may apply for membership by entering required information in accordance with the Company's registration procedures and agreeing to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- Information entered during registration must be accurate, and members must keep their information up to date if it changes.
- The Company may refuse a membership application or restrict account use after registration in the following cases:
- Use or misappropriation of another person's information
- Entry of false information
- The applicant is under the age of 14
- Prior history of restricted use due to violation of these Terms of Use
- Risk of interfering with Service operations
- Any other case the Company reasonably deems necessary

- The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from a member's failure to properly manage their account, except in cases of the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
- If a member becomes aware of unauthorized use of their account, the member must notify the Company immediately and cooperate with any guidance provided by the Company.
Article 8. Member Obligations
Members must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
- Unauthorized use of another person's personal information or account
- Entering false information or conveying false facts to the Company
- Defaming or harming the reputation of Kim Dong Hee, the Company, other members, or third parties
- Posting or spreading false information, rumors, or privacy-infringing content
- Creating posts containing abusive language, hate speech, discrimination, sexual harassment, threats, or stalking-type expressions
- Sharing Kim Dong Hee's non-public schedules, private location information, or personal information
- Infringing upon the copyrights, portrait rights, trademark rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Posting illegal recordings, obscene material, violent content, malware, spam, or promotional posts
- Using the Service for commercial purposes, promotional activities, advertising, political activities, or religious activities without prior consent from the Company

Article 9. Board and Post Management
- Rights and responsibilities regarding posts created by members belong to the respective member who created such posts.
- The Company may, without prior notice, delete, make private, or move a member's post, or restrict the member's use of the Service, if it determines that the post falls under any of the following:
- Violates these Terms of Use or the board operating policy
- Infringes upon the rights of Kim Dong Hee, the Company, other members, or third parties
- Contains or poses a risk of false information, rumors, defamation, or invasion of privacy
- Contains non-public schedules, private location information, or privacy-related information
- Contains illegal or inappropriate content
- Contains advertising, promotional, repetitive, or spam content
- Does not align with the purpose of the Service
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of members' posts.
- Members must take care to ensure their posts do not infringe upon others' rights and shall be responsible for any disputes arising from their posts.
Article 10. Rights and Use of Posts
- Copyright in posts made by members on the Service shall, in principle, belong to the respective member.
- Members grant the Company permission to use posts to the extent necessary for the operation, display, storage, improvement, and customer support of the Service.
- If the Company uses a member's post commercially beyond the purpose of Service operation, the Company shall obtain separate consent.
- Members warrant that their posts do not infringe upon any third-party rights, and must resolve at their own responsibility and expense any disputes with third parties arising from their posts.
Article 11. Ownership of Company Content
- Rights in Kim Dong Hee's images, photographs, videos, logos, designs, text, trademarks, service screens, data, and other content included in the Service belong to the Company or the rightful rights holder.
- Members may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, post, edit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content within the Service without prior consent from the Company.
- Members may only use content within the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes and must comply with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
Article 12. Fanicon and External Services
- The Company may provide links within the Service to external services such as Fanicon and official social media channels.
- Fanicon is a paid fan club service in Japan operated separately from the Company's official website.
- Fanicon's own terms of use and privacy policy govern registration, payment, refunds, use of paid content, and processing of member information on Fanicon or such external services.
- The Company does not provide member information from this official website to Fanicon, and does not receive member information from Fanicon.
- Issues arising from the use of external services shall be resolved in accordance with the policies of the respective external service. However, where the Company has been intentionally or grossly negligent, applicable laws shall apply.
Article 13. Modification, Suspension, and Termination of Service
- The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- When maintenance, inspection, repair, or upgrades of the Service are required
- When technical issues arise, such as communication failures, server outages, security incidents, or hacking
- When force majeure events occur, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, infectious diseases, power outages, or other uncontrollable circumstances

- Account suspension
- Membership withdrawal processing
- Legal action
- When imposing restrictions on use, the Company shall notify the member of the reason to the extent possible. However, where urgent action is required or contact is not possible, notification may be provided after the fact.
- Members may request membership withdrawal at any time in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
- Personal information upon withdrawal shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Even after membership withdrawal, posts created by the member may not be deleted in order to protect the Service's operations and other members' usage history. Members may delete their own posts prior to withdrawal.
Article 15. Personal Information Protection
The Company processes members' personal information to the extent necessary for providing the Service. Matters related to personal information processing are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
Article 16. Disclaimer
- The Company shall not be liable for any inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters, communication failures, system failures, failures of external services, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
- The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions or damages caused by a member's own fault.
- The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or legality of information, materials, or facts posted by members on the Service.
- The Company shall not be liable for the operations, content, personal information handling, payments, refunds, or service failures of external services. However, where the Company has been intentionally or grossly negligent, applicable laws shall apply.
- With respect to services provided free of charge, the Company's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
Article 17. Damages
If the Company or a member causes damage to the other party through a violation of these Terms of Use or applicable laws, the responsible party shall be liable for such damages.
However, the Company shall not be liable for damages that occur without the Company's intentional misconduct or negligence.
Article 18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Use shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises between the Company and a member in connection with the use of the Service, the Company and the member shall endeavor to resolve it through good-faith consultation.
- For disputes that cannot be resolved through consultation, the court of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws shall serve as the court of first instance.
Article 19. Language
The Korean language version of these Terms of Use constitutes the governing document. The Japanese and English translations are provided for the convenience of users.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between a translation and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms of Use take effect on June 1, 2026.
