Store Terms
Thank you for using SHOP, the product sales section of the official Kim Dong Hee website operated by neos ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd. ("Company").
These Store Terms govern matters related to ordering, payment, shipping, cancellation, and exchange/return/refund of products purchased through SHOP. Use of services other than SHOP, such as membership registration and the board, is governed by the separate Terms of Use.
These Store Terms apply from October 1, 2026.
These Store Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users who purchase products through SHOP ("Buyer"), as well as the terms and procedures for ordering, payment, shipping, cancellation, and exchange/return/refund.
The seller of all products sold on SHOP is the Company. Seller details including company name, representative, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, address, and contact information are available on the Business Information page.
A sales contract is formed when the Buyer approves payment through PayPal and the Company confirms that the payment has been captured. If payment is not completed due to reasons such as the product becoming sold out before capture, no contract is formed, and any amount already charged will be refunded in full through PayPal.
Any customs duties, VAT, or other import clearance costs that arise depending on the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the Buyer's responsibility. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
Before a product has shipped, the Buyer may request cancellation by contacting customer support at contact@neos-ent.kr. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the full payment amount will be refunded. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and are instead subject to the exchange/return procedure under Article 10.
Where a member who is 14 years of age or older but under the age of majority purchases a product on SHOP, the consent of a legal guardian may be required. A contract entered into without the consent of a legal guardian may be cancelled by the minor or the legal guardian in accordance with applicable laws.
The Company is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, actions of customs authorities, or circumstances attributable to shipping carriers. However, this shall not apply where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.
The Korean language version of these Store Terms constitutes the governing document. The Japanese and English translations are provided for the convenience of users. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between a translation and the Korean version, the Korean version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
These Store Terms take effect on October 1, 2026.
